Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Webnox Sarl provides a transparent refund and cancellation policy for the Pre-Construction Estimator ("the Product").

1. The 30-Day Margin Guarantee

We offer a 100% risk-free 30-day refund policy. If the Estimator spreadsheet templates do not save you estimating time, do not help prevent profit margin leaks, or do not assist you in creating professional bids and proposals, you are entitled to a full refund.

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund within 30 days of purchase, please email us at contact@webnox.ma with the following details:

• The order receipt number or the email address used for purchase.
• A brief explanation of why the template did not meet your expectations (this feedback helps us continue improving our product).

Once your refund request is submitted, we will process it within 2 business days. The refund will be credited back to your original payment method (Credit Card or PayPal). Please note that depending on your bank, it may take 5 to 10 business days for the funds to appear on your statement.

3. Revocation of License

Upon processing your refund, the license granted under our Terms of Service is terminated immediately. You must delete all local copies, sheets, and derived template files of the Pre-Construction Estimator from your Google Drive and local drives, and you will no longer receive template updates or email support.

4. Policy Abuse

We reserve the right to deny refund requests if we detect patterns of fraud, exploitation, or system abuse (such as serial template downloading followed by repeated refund requests).
